Terms & Conditions
We want your stay at Westward Holiday Apartments to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Here are a few helpful notes to ensure everything runs nicely:

Check-in is from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival, and we kindly ask that you vacate your flat by 9:30 am on departure day.

Each apartment includes one designated car parking space.

If you’re arriving after 6:00 pm, just let us know in advance so we can make arrangements to welcome you.

Please let us know if your group size changes (including infants), and we’ll do our best to accommodate where possible.

For everyone’s safety, we kindly ask that deep fat fryers and chip pans are not used in the apartments.

We aim to provide a peaceful and relaxing environment for all guests. In rare circumstances where behaviour may impact others' comfort, we reserve the right to step in if needed.

While we take care to keep things safe, we can’t accept responsibility for any valuables left in the apartments, so please keep them secure.

Deposits are non-refundable if you need to cancel your booking. If we’re unable to offer your chosen dates, we’ll refund your deposit straight away.

If you’d like to bring a pet, please contact us first — we’re happy to consider this on a case-by-case basis.

While we do have CCTV and off-road parking, please note we can’t accept liability for vehicles left on the car park.

To ensure a relaxing stay for all guests, we only accept bookings from couples and family groups. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate bookings from large single-sex or mixed groups.
